Tenant Screening & Selection
We have a no-cost application process to ensure that you can find the right property for you and your family with no out-of-pocket costs. We don't do background checks, and we don't run your credit. We do our due diligence by meeting with all prospective tenants in-person and verifying employment and previous tenant history.
Rent Collection
We use ACH from a checking account to collect rent. Rent payments are due on the first of the month.
Leasing Terms
We have a minimum 12-month lease term. After the initial 12 months are complete, your lease shifts to month-to-month.
Deposit Information
All properties are listed on a first-come first-served basis. If you would like to reserve a property, we ask for a deposit equal to one months rent. At lease signing, this deposit will shift to become the guarantor of the lease terms. All deposits are non-refundable until the terms of the lease have been fulfilled.
Property Maintenance & Repairs
We take care of routine maintenance and repairs to keep your property in top condition. We also respond promptly to tenant requests to ensure that their needs are met.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, we've had to transition to a complete no-pets policy on all properties.
Similarly, we have a no-smoking policy on all properties.
